In September of 2023, Industrial Parks produced the second annual GLOW Emerging Artists Festival. The Festival took place on September 8-9 in multiple locations in Uptown Saint John, featuring visual artists, musicians, filmmakers, and performing arts from Saint John the Atlantic Region, and included music, performing arts, visual arts and a selection of short films, featuring selections from The New Brunswick Film co-op’s annual Silver Wave Film Festival.
